I also agree these tutorial kind of missions should not be part of storyline quests, as to not brick progression. In particular this one, where in a game that you're limited by the chat options, it only makes it more awkward to ask someone to help in this particular quest. If not only by everyone else that already has done this and know how annoying it is, you can easily give up on progressing into the game.
