Sent wrong console code
I was sent a skate download email for pc but I have a ps5 is there anyway I can get this fixed I was sent here by support to help get this resolved please and thank you

That sucks...any way I could has the pc code??? pleassseeeee, with cheese and a cherry on top!
the same has happened to me, in my email it just says about if you're playing on pc and how to download the new updated game for the insiders preview. I contacted to support and got sent here too but I don't even have a code for anything in any email I've received from EA and I'm gutted because I was looking forward to playing the game early as I signed up for early playtesting before the deadline
