Session marker loading bug

Console:Playstation 5

Version: ps5 and ps4 

 Since the season 4 update the San van open,(this has never been  a issue before this season so it something in this season causing it) when I try to go back to the session marker, It locks me into a Neverending loading screen it will stay loading so long that my Playstation will go into rest mode before it loads. It's so frustrating I don't play this game long then 10 mins at a time 🙃 please help

    Hey there, I'm sorry to hear about that. Does this problem occur consistently with all session markers, or is there something specific that may trigger it? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps yet?
