Hello! I recently received an email with the code to download skate. I was able to redeem it and download the game on my Xbox.  however, when I started the game it says: error code: 480232561 ...

Hi I'm recieving "error code: 480232561 Your account has been restricted from accessing any online features" and I don't know why because there is no reason to restrict my account
