Skate. crashes on Launch due to "Driver Isuues".

Most of the time when I start skate. over Steam, I just get a black screen, then get kicked out of it and then a message telling me that my driver crashed dut to probably an old driver, even though i have the latest driver and i wouldnt say that my NVIDIA RTX is bad or outdated.

I would really appreciate if anyone here has a fix or shared the same experience as me.
