Skate locks up when booting - grey screen, blue rectangles

This is also happening to me. 9950X3D, RTX 5090. Gray screen w/ blue lines. PC gets locked up until I force reboot it. Have tried on current GPU drivers (581.29) and rolled back drivers (577.00). From what I'm seeing here, it seems like it may be an AMD-specific issue. 

I did play the BF6 beta with no problems, so I don't think the issue is with the javelin anticheat.
