skate. playtest survey broken, marked as done before getting to invite friends

UPDATE HERE Seems that an influx of traffic from the latest batch of skate. invites caused a good chunk of peoples surveys (including mine) to break and mark as completed despite not actually finish...

This same thing just happened to me. I clicked “yes” to invite up to 3 friends then got locked out. When I reclick the survey I get the “your survey was interrupted” message. I would really like to get this reset and invite my friends, but more importantly I want to ensure my survey was submitted so I can receive the download email.
