Soft locked - Tour 3: Express Yourself

I'm on manual matchmaker which is step 7 of 8 , I have done the "Own The Spot" Challenge , but it is not letting me progress, and every time I complete the challenge Shingo says the same thing over and over again , it's the same with every other challenge I complete.
