No athletic body type in the game?

It seems like there isn't an option in the game representing the average athletic body type. Build 3 is the closest we have but it is too bulky and Build 1 is too thin. In general, it would be cool to have sliders for "arms, thighs, legs" along with the ones we already have - chest, hips, back.
