Still can't play this game (Paid for season pass)

I got level 10 everything before season 1 dropped but now every time I load it just keeps crashing when I go into certain areas. I've spent almost $100 on this game and now I can't even play the game because they added an update that broke it for me. Can I get a refund? No because it was all cash shop currency.

This is completely unnaceptable.

How can you charge for dlc and season passes when the game doesn't even work for a significant portion of your user base? How can you offer zero options for people who spent money to use this season pass (that is only available for a limited time) and are now completely missing the thing they paid for?

I literally can't even play the game I've spent $100 on. I love skate and I want nothing more than to play this game but E.A. Can't even do that. Give me my money back.
