Where is S.K.A.T.E and ramps challenges/game modes

The most popular thing from skate 3 was S.K.A.T.E and ramp challenges with friends and I’m struggling to find these in game. One of the one things I and many people were looking forward to but seems like such a free roaming games with limited battles/challenges… just seems boring and repetitive
