Still no refund for San Van Bucks

Was hoping this update would actually refund my San Van Bucks from the playtest that they said was reimbursed plus 40% and I still don’t have it. They gave me 250 bucks for playtesting I assume, but this is still way under what I was supposed to receive back. Just feels greedy by EA and disrespectful to those who playtested. Certainly never spending a dime on this game if this isn’t going to be addressed.

    Wow, just learned they won’t be reimbursing SVB that was earned thru gameplay. Awful system they’ve devised and 100% won’t be spending any money on this game. If it can’t be earned, it won’t be bought.

    SVB could never be earned through gameplay. Playtesters were granted 250 SVB during testing, but that is not reimbursed. Only paid SVB was reimbursed. 

    If you bought SVB and didn't get it back, that is a huge issue. Reach out to support and they should help you out.

    How do I contact support? I paid for SVB and didn’t get my SVB cuz the game froze and then crashed on my PS5. The money was taken from my account and I have all the screenshots to prove that the transaction went through but I wasn’t given the SVB I paid for.
