Still soft locked

Almost one month ago I’ve posted in this forum that I’ve been soft locked and nothing have changed, even after contacting ea help, so I’m trying again, I’m soft locked, I’ve done 1400 challenges, level 10 in gullcrest and hedgemont and level 8 in market miles, I’ve done every missions I could’ve but now I have 3 locked missions and the one that I can’t do, it simply won’t appeared, it’s Shingo’s secret scoring tips, I’ve started to play on pc and then ps5 on the same account, and I’m soft locked there since almost a month if it’s noth been already a month, please help
