Im on console i dont have an EA app to check, i just really wanna play skate. Is there any suggestions?

Check there.
And what if you dont have EA play????
EA play has nothing to do with it. It's the EA app library
If you linked your Console account to your EA then it should still be there, regardless of if you have play or not
