Stuck on check out extravert mission

I go into the shop as Im told and when I’m in there nothing works- I mean nothing, i click onto someone’s game to try and join them while there in a mission and my game bugs out and starts making a clicking sounds, i leave the shop and the mission disappears but im still told I need to go back there, please fix this i just wanna play with my friends
