Stuck on Mission in the game.

I have Been stuck on the Tour 1: Skater Eyes: Ripping for Rewards : Step 1/5 : Go to Extravert to Level up. This has been since day 1. I Believe you have had at least 2 months to fix this bug. Your game is still very fun to play but it is getting annoying that i can not level up. I have tried other fixes like joining a friend and completing a challenge and also restarting the game and even uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing has worked i get your working hard over there but a simple bug fixes in two months shouldn't be a problem. The fact is it should have came with the Oct 7th Halloween event update. I do hope it is coming in the December update. It should not be this hard for your fans to play this game series. It should have been found before the game was even put up for play. It renders a lot of people for leveling up along side there friends. So I do hope you are aware of this situation and are making good effort to fix it.
