Stuck on Skater Eyes

Anyone else stuck on the ‘Open your Eyes’ step 1? I competed the 2 missions on that step but it didn’t seem to progress on to the next, so I reset my game and now I’m just stuck on the same part and it says I’ve already completed the 2 missions you need to do to progress. So now I’m just stuck on this😭
