Stuck on the screen with numbers

I've been stuck on a screen with purple number and my name. I can faintly see the controls on the bottom left and can see that hartcore plaza at the top. I've tried restarting, reopening, and deleting the saved data but nothing seems to work and keeps putting me to this black screen with three rows of purple number and my name teleporting around. Please tell me how to fix it
