It says listen to slappy but i’ve already listened everytime i reboot it he says the same line and after i do any city challenges he also repeats it im literally soft locked and can’t progress in the game
Having the same problem at the same spot :( Slappy says to go to Gullcrest Village proper, and then it doesnt show where to go. Game is stuck here.

Mine keeps replaying the last challenge, and when I log on, my character is gone. If I go to the map, I get a black screen. However, I found out that if I'm on the main menu and go to "report," I get my character back and can play, but I can't do any missions at all.
