Stuck on tutorial island

So i played when the game just launched. Followed all the steps of the tutorial until the water taxi.

I pressed triangle (On PS5) and it started loading up the main isle. So far so good. Until the game kept loading and configurating for 15 minutes. 

I had to restart the game, reopened and only problem now is. I don't have the prompt to go on the main island. So now i'm stuck on the tutorial island, i can't reselect the quest because it's locked when you're still on the tutorial. I can't teleport out to another friend. I reinstalled the game, deleted my save data etc. nothing helps... 

I would like to play the game but now i'm stuck on the tutorial island. Please help me fix this BIG issue...
