Things I would change
After being a playtester there's much to love about the game but this is what needs to be changed if I was in control.
- Balancing on grinds - if I can't have lean on my grinds it takes away the realism
- Easy - medium - Realistic settings - I want it looking real for street skating. But when hitting big gaps I want that higher Ollie and the higher bail threshold, even adjustable.
- Where's the downhill sections? What made skate great for me was being able to start at the top of the mountain and hit all the gaps on the way down. We need that back desperately!
- Park creator? I would spend hours and hours making my own parks for the crew to test out. We need a blank stadium or area where we can go crazy with the new building mechanics. I'd pay for object packs and new scenery all day
- You lose speed too fast, after bombing down a hill you hit the flat and all that momentum is lost too soon.
- Access to all the old maps would be amazing. It would also be a good way of testing how close you are to the original series.
