Trophies bugged

Don't understand how this has happened but the trophies are bugged for many players on PlayStation where progress can be made until nearing hitting the trophy and instead of pinging the trophy when doing what's required it stops on the last part of progression. An example of this is an experience that makes me really scratch my head; "level up a neighbour rank" I'm level 7 in hedgemont and level 3 in gullcrest and yet the trophy hasn't pinged from levelling hedgemont the first time. This is a problem with all trophies I've found and asked other friends on PlayStation and they have the same problem. Please fix this. And maybe some better in-game music too please.
