Vee comment frequency option

Right now, I don't hate having to listen to Vee's comments, but I think changing the frequency of her comments would be nice. 

Having the option like:

Disabled>Infrequent>Default>Frequent

would help keep her commentary from getting stale, or if you prefer the constant validation you can crank it up a notch.
