VEE teleport quest

I am stuck in a quest where vee asks me to teleport to a player using the social menu (quest name : Spectaportation) . However the teleport option was removed as of season 3. This makes it so i am eternaly stuck in this quest and VEE KEEPS TELLING ME TO GO BACK TO SAN VANSTERDAM. This makes the game really unenjoyable and i would really like to have this fixed so i can keep chilling and playing.
