Why doesn't the stadium have fast travel?
The stadium needs AT MINIMUM a fast travel to the catwalk above.
It would cut down on a lot of unneeded building.

There's no need to place objects to the top. Just place a throwdown marker and teleport there. Yes, I agree. There's a need to have a fast travel marker at the catwalk.
Spread Eagle from M-Corp tower? it takes 5-10 seconds at most.
