Why don't you guys do like polls or something?

What's the point of all the surveys and such? Why no do some polls or something to find out what people think.

It always seems like ideas like the Tix changes come out of nowhere. It's not from user feedback that's for sure. 

Like if i didn't get something in the season pass, and have tons of tix left over I DIDN'T WANT THOSE ITEMS, I GET NO VALUE FROM ITEMS I DON'T WANT.

Cause you're annoying both free and paying users. You didn't even ask what people thought of the current setup, you just changed it and assumed people would like it and then they don't. Why are you doing that? I don't get it.

We have all the communication tools in the world, and we should have had this figured out by now. Why is this the best you can do communication wise?
