Why is everyone invisible!

A friend and i started a party and im invisible to him and hes invisible to me. later after dealing with it I cant see literally anyone in the lobby. Its like i cant just log out and back in without a long wait time to get back in. Fix it im loving this game

    Hello, did you manage to solve the problem of your friend's invisibility? if yes can you tell me how because i plays with my son and it's very complicated when we don't see each others
