Why is one of my challenges broken.

I have a problem.  The whole reason I play this game is to 100% everything and I have done that for every mission and challenge except for 1!  All because the game says i have not completed the challenge even though i have done the challenge multiple times.  I know I have done every part of this challenge too because it's the ( Holy Huck ) challenge and to 100% it you have to do it all in 1 attempt but no matter what it still says I haven't completed it.  What do I do, I've tried resetting my game and everything, it literally won't allow me to fully 100% the game because of this bug of where it says i haven't completed this specific challenge and it bothers me a lot.
