Xbox - Stuck on Configuring

I have not been able to get past the main screen of Skate for MONTHS! 
The game is stuck on configuring for 3-5 minutes, then I get the error message seen in the image (852146987). Is anybody else experiencing this?

This is extremely frustrating, and to make matters worse I have purchased the Founder Deluxe pack for £45!! I CANT EVEN LOAD INTO THE GAME!

My EA Account still shows as linked to my Xbox Account, I have tried clearing cache, uninstalling/reinstalling, changing DNS Settings, MAC Settings, Restarting Console all to no avail.

    I recommend posting this kind of thing in the technical issues forum instead of the gameplay and feedback one! It seems that the community staff understandably keep a closer eye on the technical issues one. 

    What's your connection set up like? Is it ethernet or wireless?
