PersistentSummarize your bug After patch 1.2 rolled out I decided to scroll through my challenges since the patch reduced some requirements for some challenges. I wanted to see how close I was to completing those certain challenges. While doing so I noticed in my multiplayer tier that my "A Tremendous Service" progress reset but my COMPLETED challenges are still completed. Before the patch it read 21 out of 26 challenges completed. Afterwards it read 0 out of 26. I thought maybe I had to complete one of the challenges that I haven't completed yet and maybe it'd fix itself. I completed a challenge and the progress bar then read 1 out of 26. I had the same on XBOX ONE.I don't know how about you guys, but I have also lost all my progress in arcade scenarios. Including all unfinished arcade milestones...This is ridiculous. EA is forcing us to keep track of every single progress made in game to have a proof when something goes wrong.And guess what? I yesterday I had a call with EA technical help about this issue, after explaining the problem consultant asked me to enter some option that doesn't even exist. Then he put me on hold for 30 mins and after that call ended. I only received email that "our call finished before we resovled your issue. If you still need help ,contact EA help".Then I had a text chat with another consultant and he just said that this progress is impossible to restore.EA: if you are going to push patches like this - just don't do that. Change profession, other comapnies can create games. Gamedev is not for everyone...

Ok, so I’m not the only one. After the patch,my progress went from 25/26 to 0/26. I completed my last mile stone last night in hopes that it would refresh to 26/26. Nope, I’m now at 1/26. I want my 500 crystals and choker emote!

I have the same problem with A Tremendous Service milestone, it was 25/26 before Patch 1.2 and now it is 0/26. EA please let us know you are working on this new issue, everyone I know has the same problem; the bug is affecting all platforms (Xbox, PS4 and PC). Regards.

I have the exact same problem, on PS4 too. I used to have 25/26 and I just completed my last milestone which is when I noticed it was reset. It now read 1/26 but I’ve done all of them.

Same here on PS4. Not sure if it helps, but it happened after playing my first match of Jetpack Cargo. As the match started the milestone for Stay True popped, which was odd considering I was nowhere near getting that one, and I was playing as a rocket trooper anyway, not Specialist. Then, at the end of the match, the Tremendous Service milestone was listed onscreen, saying I had zero progress, which I later confirmed on the main menu.

Same on PC. I had previously been stuck at 25/26, because of the Starfighter Assault bug registering completed. It reset to 0/26, and now it's at 1/26 after triggering the Starfighter Assault completion.
As a bonus, contacting live support resulted in me getting a two-page long email detailing how to uninstall Origin from my computer, and recommending taking my computer to a professional to get the Operating System registry edited. Not helpful at all, especially when it seems like the problem is stemming from the program itself.

Same here, PS4. My progress was 22/26 before the patch. I lost the progress after the patch, 0/26, but the multiplayer challenges said 22/27 anyway, and my challenges are still completed. I just completed another one hoping it would fix the progress and say 23/26 but nope. Now it says 1/26 and the multiplayer tab says 23/27. I'll keep completing the other 4 challenges, but i hope they fix this soon.

Same here on PC, just completed my last achivement, but didn't get any reward and the progress reseted to 2/26 after the update. I really hope this gets fixed asap.

I've got the same problem on PC. The milestone reset to 0/26, but the milestones I've already done (24 I think) are still completed.

Habe das selbe Problem, nach dem letzten update A Tremendous Service auf null gestellt.
Nach dem ich die letzte Challenge Disrupted Enemis beendet habe, heisst es, A Tremendous Service PROGRESS: 1/26.
HOFFE SEHR BALD , Fix de Bug please.
So macht es keinen Spass.
