"A Tremendous Service" milestone progress reset

Summarize your bug After patch 1.2 rolled out I decided to scroll through my challenges since the patch reduced some requirements for some challenges. I wanted to see how close I was to completing those certain challenges. While doing so I noticed in my multiplayer tier that my "A Tremendous Service" progress reset but my COMPLETED challenges are still completed. Before the patch it read 21 out of 26 challenges completed. Afterwards it read 0 out of 26. I thought maybe I had to complete one of the challenges that I haven't completed yet and maybe it'd fix itself. I completed a challenge and the progress bar then read 1 out of 26. Please fix this ASAP.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check my progress and you'll see. Other than that, I don't know how else to show you guys.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens. I don't have my progress that I worked hard for.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my correct progress quickly.

I will continue to play and work towards challenges but I would very much like to see this problem resolved very soon. Thank you!

    it did not work for me  it stays on 25/26

    Milestone: "A Tremendous Service" Update

    Since the deployment of Patch 1.2, some players have reported that their progression on “a tremendous service” Milestone has been reset.
    Our Team has resolved the issue causing this error and players should see their correct progress again. We thank you for your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.

    Some players are still reporting issues related to other milestones completion, like "The aggressor" or "Cover your back" for example. The team is aware of this and is working on resolving these issues.

  • Thanks @mysweetescape13 for that. I really don't understand the way that EA is communicating with us users. They ask us to create bug reports through EA Answers but they respond to the bugs in the forums. Makes no sense.

    In my opinion, despite all the bugs, the biggest mistake EA has made with this game is the way they communicate. There is no clear communication channel, it is all one big mess. We have to get our information from so many sources! Twitter, reddit, EA Help, EA Answers, SWBF2 forums, etc. And most of the time (like right now), there's just silence. It's frustrating!
