Constant Lag outs

Been getting back into BF2 recently and it went well for the first few weeks but recently its lagged me out of every match I play, Ewok Hunt, Starfighter Assault, Supremacy, you name it. Sometimes I stay in for a few minutes while others it lags me out within seconds. My screen freezes, the audio freezes, and then it stays like that for a good 30 seconds before the lobby screen and music pop up. I've tried everything I could think of, updating drivers, changing my server, reinstalling, restarting my wifi, and nothing worked. I couldn't find anyone else struggling with a similar issue on forums or on reddit so please give me any advice if this has happened to you or if you just have an idea on how I could fix it.
