Lost access to Star Wars Battlefront II after EA account merge
Hi, I need help with an account merge issue.
My original EA account (email: [edit: email address removed]) was compromised a while ago. After creating a new account, I lost access to my old one. Recently, I noticed that none of my previous purchases, including Star Wars Battlefront II, which I bought and have proof of. are recognized on my current account.
I still have official EA emails from 2017 sent to my original account, including Battlefront II promotions, as well as my purchase history. This clearly proves that I owned the game on my original account.
I would like EA to either: Restore my original account with all my purchases or Transfer my Battlefront II license to my current account.
I have tried using the EA Help website to open a case, but it has been impossible to access the support page properly, and I cannot find any viable way to communicate directly with EA. Any advice or help from moderators or players who solved a similar issue would be greatly appreciated.
