7 years agoCan you provide us the following so we can investigate further?
- Is your controller updated with the latest hardware update? (You have to go to your Xbox Settings to check that)
- Are you using a standard Xbox One controller that came with the system, elite controller, or custom third party controller? This is important to determine whether our game is compatible with that controller type
- Are you using a custom button layout?
- Does this issue happen with a different controller?
- Does this happen when the controller is wired in? (This helps determine if it's a sensor related issue)
- Do you have your game installed on an external hard drive?
- What type of Xbox One do you have?
- Does it happen after these steps?
Power Cycle the Console
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
Clear Mac Address
- Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.
