All of my character levels have reset

I logged on today on my Xbox to play for the first time in awhile and all of my characters, heroes and troopers, say that they are at the level that they were, but the star cards are all showing locked. I thought it was a glitch but loaded in as a heavy class and it leveled up and reset and now in the menu it shows it’s only level 3. Same happened with Maul and Palpatine. I’m big sad I’ve grinded so much. Any help would be appreciated.
