I preordered from Amazon on April 30, and they have not sent a code, nor does their support know whether they will be sending a code... Will they be sending out codes?

Community Admin@mettropp Thanks for the post. Looking into this I have confirmation that Amazon should be sending out the codes.
Edit: Not to worry, it looks like the codes should be sent out closed to the Beta's commencement. If codes still aren't distributed by the 3rd (next tueday) let us know.

Thanks for such a quick response. As I'm sure you know, EA Help's "contact Us" option has absurd wait times, so this was a welcome improvement. My main concern is that if I wait until the 3rd to contact you guys again my because they never sent it, my chance to get the beta early will be gone, because you have to preorder before September 30.

Community Admin@mettropp Hi again. Unfortunately with the FIFA launch we have increased contact volumes and that can have an impact on the wait times. Hopefully they'll be back to normal soon.
As for getting in, you've ordered back in April so that'll still count as a pre-order for the purposes of the Beta, you won't lose a place or anything by waiting until the tuesday. If you could bump this thread to let us know if you got a code or not on the 3rd, I'd appreciate it.

What I meant was, what if Amazon does not send it by the third? How will I get the early access? That's my worry. Also, by bump the thread you mean write in it?
Community Admin@SLICK_KID_214 Yes there seems to be some confusion about that, but when I raised it through my channels I was assured Amazon pre-order folks would get early access to the Beta.
@mettropp If you don't get the code by the 3rd let us know, as it's something we'll want to investigate. Until then though it's just a case of waiting. And yes by "bump" the thread just add a post to it. Thanks!

Thank you so much for answering. Since it is close to the 3rd and you have consistently answered me within a few hours, I will write this now to let you know that nothing has been sent. If they send it by tomorrow I'll write here again to let you know. As of now though, they haven't sent anything.

For now unfortunately I don't have an update from our end, but check back here or on help.ea.com after the Beta's start (8AM UTC tomorrow) if you don't receive your code.

I have contacted EA support they told me to contact Amazon.
Amazon at first apologized and confirmed I never got a code. He provided me some 6 digit number that never worked and escalated the issue. I got a reply back from the escalation team and they said I have to wait until Nov 17th for the beta code. At this point they won't reply back to my emails so I contacted them again. This time they said I should get a code on the 4th but I think that's not true since I should have it before.. ☹️
