I preordered from Amazon on April 30, and they have not sent a code, nor does their support know whether they will be sending a code... Will they be sending out codes?

Hey EA David, why are you stringing these people along, when we both know that Amazon is not listed as a participating US retailer in the early access offer, as listed on the EA website? Like them, I preordered on Amazon (before the EA disclaimer was even posted), and I'm getting screwed out of early access.
I preordered on Amazon, being informed by the site I'd get my beta codes within 24 hours. 6 days later and a runaround with Amazon customer service, I cancelled my preorder and ordered direct throught Origin. Now I find out I wont get on the beta with Origin either because I ordered too late. This pre-order chaos has me done with games, and if I'm not absolutely wowed by the leaks on Twitch I'm just gonna wait til it hits $5 like the first Battlefront did...
Yes, it is listed, and right below it is a disclaimer that says "Offer valid only at participating retailers", of which Amazon (US) is not. In my struggle to accept this dismal fact, paired with the absence of an Amazon email code in my inbox a mere 18 hours to launch, I'm wondering how an EA rep is claiming ignorance on this subject.

I'm am currently on the phone with amazon and they have absolutely no idea whatsoever. So basically they wrote on their website that they would send out the beta and they haven't. What should I do? I cannot switch my preorder, and you assured me that they would send it?
