Anakin Retribution stuck, can't use abilities, block or attack.

What happens when the bug occurs? It acts as if you didn't press the button, so when you go to press it again it then acts as if you've cancelled the action.

So this has been happening a lot whenever I play as Whinykin. Get the 4th ability charged up and when I press the 🔺 nothing happens. So I'll let go and re-press it only for the ability to cancel out and all charge goes away. As does my life seconds later. Gets a bit frustrating it does.

Not sure who merged your report with this one, but these are different issues. Retribution can be cancelled in such a way that forces Anakin into a bad state where he can't do most of the normal functionalities if his class. Reports claim he can only use Passionate Strike, Dodge, Jump, and Walk, everything else is disabled. This buggy state can be fixed if you charge Retribution again and use it normally.

However the BUG you describe is just something that happens with all of Anakin's abilities: They all have a time frame between using the skill and activating its effect that if Ani gets interrupted while in this time frame, the ability simply gets cancelled and doesn't aply the intended effects. Many Hero abilities have such an issue, but Anakin is plagued by this as all 4 of his abilities can be cancelled that way. And their time frames are quite big compared to other abilities of other heroes that also suffer from this.
