annoying big blue circle on my screen

Summarize your bug I have this big blue circle on the right of my screen that persists in the start up screen, menu and in-game. The circle is everywhere in the game, not just one game mode. Its been happening since the kashyyyk capital supremacy update.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea, I can't find anyone else with the same issue. Just me.
What happens when the bug occurs? Blue circle just stuck to the right of my screen.
What do you expect to see? No blue circle there at all
