"Background services crashed"

Okay so i had a problem with my starwars battlefront 2 where the game just wouldnt open, so i contacted customer support and the customer support lady told me to do some clear cache things which then caused my EA app to stop working.

When i press run update on the app it just opens up cmds and says the app is already up to date and then closes and my EA app is still stuck with the same problem where it doesnt work.
