Battlefront 2 Crashes XBOX One

Purchased Battlefront 2 last week and it constantly crashes on XBOX One. Game locks up, sound repeats in a loop, then kicked out to the XBOX home screen.

Console and game are both up to date and I have tried power cycling the console and deleting then reinstalling the game.

Any ideas?

    Hey there @TheJoshCollier

    Try to remove your Xbox user profile from the Xbox and ree add it.

    After that would be to factory reset the xbox.

    is it digital or physical version of the game?

    Hi, it is digital version of game. Have removed all profiles and factory reset xbox. Still not working! Ready to ask for a refund.
