Battlefront 2 crashing on launch

Question

I had no trouble till now with launching the game, but now when i try to, the launching window pops up then closes and instantly redirects me to the ea app. No loading screen, even in the task manager battlefront is nowhere to be seen while launching. Also sometimes when i try to open it an error pops up (ec:10607) that says that some files are corrupted. I have tried repairing at the beggining but nothing. I even uninstalled it and installed it right after on a different disk. Finally, before all of this, i tried installing the battlefront expanded mod, i had some trouble at the end of the procedure and so uninstalled everything about it.

(I own the game on epic, and use steam to connect a controller).

I'm afraid I can't really help because I play on Xbox, but what I did which solved my problem of the game crashing when I started it was to delete my console save data and then it synced to the Xbox network when I loaded the game and my problem was solved. I think it was something like that at least. Idk if there's something you can do on PC that's similar. Either way I hope this comment gets your post more attention, and definitely follow the forum and receive emails, because checking the email notifications for new posts on the forum was how I found the solution to my problem.
