Hi there!
I have a problem with giving characters their emotes. These only applys only for some (Darth Vader, The Imperator and all lightsaber users). When I'm in the menu and go to the character and then emotes, I always get a "black screen" where i can see the mouse and hear the background noise.

Do you have any overlays at the moment, like Origin In-Game or Discord?
Would you mind uploading a DxDiag for us so we can look at your full system specs?

I have deaktivated Discord a long time ago because of the mouse bug and I don't even know what the Origin overlay is.
In the attechment is the DxDiag

Origin In-Game can be disabled by clicking on Origin in the top left corner of your client>Application Settings.
It looks like you could use a new driver for your video card which can be downloaded through the GeForce Experience or directly from Nvidia's site. That may fix this for you, too.
Have you tried right-clicking on the game in Origin to repair it or reinstalled?
I have had this same problem I just want the "hello there" emote ☹️
