Battlefront 2 error code 524

Hi there, 

This error usually means that the account is underage and is restricted from accessing the online features. If the account is not underage, please contact EA Help Support to check if everything is ok with your account as we had other players mentioning this error message appeared because the account was disabled.

Hi thanks for replying. The account probably is underage but that's why I had to go in and allow him access by putting in various information about myself as his parent with my social security number Etc to prove who I am. Also I click your link to contact EA help support and there's no way to contact support just some chat bot that relates to articles.

If you're not getting the chat option, please try changing the subject you're selecting to I want to update my EA Account information and the chat option should show at the bottom:

1. Log in to your EA Account.
2. Select the topic that best describes your issue. If an advisor can help, a contact option will be available under your help topic.
3. Select Chat with us or Start chat.
4. Fill in the contact form with your:
   • first name
   • last name
   • e-mail
   • platform
   • subject (a short description of your issue)
   • attachments (e.g. screenshots, documents, links).
5. Select Send.
6. A chat window will open when you’re transferred to an advisor.
