Battlefront 2 Freezes on launch from EA App
After logging onto EA App and launching Battlefront 2 the screen freezes with my PC also frozen, alt-tab etc doesnt work and computer has to be restarted. This is after re-installing the game after q...

- Clear the EA app cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
- In the EA app, click on the game and then Manage, Repair
- Download and install all available Windows Updates
- Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
All done to no effect. Performing a clean boot means EA app cant run "Background Services have been disabled preventing the app from running."
