Community ManagerTry also deleting DLF files and then restarting your PC.
Navigate to the folder: C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License - Program Data is a hidden folder
Cut and move all .dll files to a different folder - The License folder should remain empty.
Additionally, clear the EA app cache and restart the EA app.
i did that and it still wont work
