Be patient - had the same problem. Joined a game on Kashyyyk - had to leave rotation because of too few players. Re-joined another game, guess what! Kashyyyk again. It took me quite a few hours before I got to trey Crait. It just depends on when you join a game as to where you start the rotation. I think (could be wrong) that Crait is after Maz's Castle. It appears the rotation is by the era i.e. Force Awakens then Last Jedi and so on.
