Battlefront 2 no XP or Milestone tracking (except Arcade and Campaign)

There are many asking about not gaining XP for a certain class at certain times. The only productive response is that this is "a bug". 

I have 0 XP on all classes after 17 hours of play, and there is no Timed Challenge tracking active (e.g. Play any mode for 10 minutes NEVER moves)

This is a bug. I would like a solution, since I have now enjoyed the game for 17 hours but have nothing to show but mission progress and credits.

Any thoughts?
