Receiving 0 XP for Specialist (stuck at level 64)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Reach 12,328XP at level 64 of Specialist, then suddenly stop earning XP for that class (only).
What happens when the bug occurs? I do not receive any XP for the actions taken in the game. It acts as if I've hit the maximum level, giving me 0 XP. Otherwise, everything else seems normal, and other classes that are not maxed out do receive experience.
What do you expect to see? I expect to continue to receive XP earned while playing until I hit level 70.

I was playing a series of Galactic Assault boards primarily using just the Specialist, which is the last of the four main classes I need to get to 70th. I was earning experience as normal and even leveled up earlier in the night from 63rd to 64th. I continued to earn XP, until I hit 12328 XP for Specialist. Every board after that awarded me 0 XP for the class, despite sometimes earning thousands of points, as seen in the screen shots. The other classes I played, for instance Yoda or Iden Versio, were awarded experience points as expected. It is as if it thinks I've reached the maximum level of 70 for Specialist and is no longer giving me experience.
I've attached three screenshots, showing the 0 XP along with the full score, the majority of which would have come from the Specialist class. The problem actually occurred one game earlier, but I missed taking a screenshot in time. I continued playing for several more boards beyond the last set of screenshots and the same problem occurred. The points were really not awarded (as opposed to perhaps a refresh issue with the progress bar) since I neither leveled up to 65 despite earning enough to do that and beyond, and even after quitting and restarting the experience bar still reflects 12328 XP. Interestingly enough, the milestones for Experienced and Veteran were still crediting the XP amounts, meaning I was getting those points, but it seems to be acting as if I am 70th level and so just not earning them towards my overall XP amount.
In case it is relevant, I also had experienced the no-trophy-for-50th-level bug (now fixed), which feels oddly similar in a way to this. I also have my Assault, Heavy, and Officer maxed out at level 70, with the officer having only just gotten there two days ago, in case somehow that is related to the glitch with Specialist. No other classes/heroes are maxed out to 70, though my Fighter, Inceptor, and Bomber are maxed at 40.
