Battlefront 2 PC Multiplayer Issues: Ongoing Hack Problems
It’s no secret that the past 7 days (24/7) for Battlefront 2 players on PC have been unplayable. We can’t even spawn into matches in Supremacy and Galactic Assault anymore, and yet it feels like EA doesn’t care! I’ve opened multiple tickets and had 5 conversations with EA agents. I want to share my latest conversation with you all. The agent confirmed that there is something reported to the team, but nothing more. Please read this.
Me: My friend paid 40 euros for this game and we can't even play together.
Me: How can this go unnoticed?
EA: As this is the bug, I have checked the details with my team, and the case is already drafted.
Me: What does drafted mean?
Me: ?
EA: I mean the case is already reported, and the team is working on it.
Me: I feel like that is not true. Why don’t we get an update to the community? Why is there no developer reacting to assure us that a hot fix is coming?
Me: The player base is going down right now.
Me: People think EA does not care about this game anymore.
EA: My intention is not to keep you from something that you can have. Had it been possible for me to process the request for you, I wouldn’t have given it a second thought. I hope that you will understand.
EA: I am really sorry for the trouble here. I wish there was a way to help, but this is supposed to work this way. We are given absolutely no command to make such changes.
Me: I don't know what you mean. We want, as the community, that EA tells us that a fix is coming.
Me: That EA knows the problem and can assure us.
Me: If it was a few players having this trouble, it wouldn't have been this big. But every player on every server has been hit.

EA: I have surely marked your words and am surely getting it updated through our tools. I would request you to please get this reported from your end as well.
Me: Alright. So, when will we hear something from EA?
Me: Or let me ask this: when will I get an update from my ticket, regarding this hack?
EA: I would like to apologize for the difficulty you had to face due to the issue at your end. For the time being, I can only share this information with you. I hope you can conclude the scenario in this case.
Me: This does not answer any of my questions.
Me: I want to know when EA will tell the community something or when my ticket will get updated, regarding the hack of Battlefront 2 that has been going on for literally 24/7 right now.
EA: Yes.
Me: Yes? So??
EA: So please wait for some time as I do not have any direct option to fix this.
Me: I don’t ask your options to fix this. I ask you to give me a time indicator for when we can expect EA to tell the community something.
Me: OR, when my ticket can get updated.
EA: Right now, I cannot assure you the time because they have not shared the time with us as well. So how can I share the time?
Me: What you can do is assure me that EA will let the community know that you guys are aware of the problem.
Me: You ignore ALL the forums and not a single EA worker reacts on it.
Me: You really damage my trust in EA games and customer services as well.
EA: I’m afraid but as much as I’d like to help, it seems rather difficult. Is there anything else I can help you with?
